About us
VetStuff is an Australian small business operated from Australia. All references to "we", "us", or "our" mean VetStuff. References to "you" mean the person using the website or buying our products.
Products
Our products are 3D-printed accessories designed for use in veterinary clinics. They are accessory items intended to organise, hold, or dispense — not medical devices, not for direct patient contact, and not a substitute for professional clinical equipment certified for that purpose.
Product images are representative. Because each item is printed individually, minor cosmetic variations (slight texture, layer lines) are normal and not defects.
Orders & pricing
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
- An order is only accepted by us once we've sent an order confirmation email — until then, we can refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- If a product is unavailable or there's a pricing error, we'll notify you and refund any payment.
Payment
The online store is not yet open for purchases. When it opens, payments will be processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. If your payment fails or is reversed, your order will be cancelled.

Production typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping times after that depend on your location — see our Shipping & Returns page for details. Estimated times are estimates only and not guarantees.

- Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items: replaced or refunded.
- Change of mind: not accepted (each item is printed to order).
- Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything in these terms.
Use of the website
- You may use this site for personal and lawful business purposes only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially redistribute our product designs, photos, or content without written permission.
- You may not use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with it.
Intellectual property
All product designs, photos, copy, branding, and the website itself are the intellectual property of VetStuff. Nothing on this site grants you any licence to reproduce or sell our designs.
Liability
Our products are sold for use as accessories in clinical settings. You are responsible for assessing whether a product is suitable for your specific equipment and workflow. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the purchase price paid for that product.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
International orders
If you're ordering from outside Australia, you're responsible for any local import duties, taxes, and compliance with local product regulations. Goods are sold under Australian law.
Privacy
Use of the site and purchase of products is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Australian courts.
