Everything you need to know about how your order gets to you, and what happens if something's not right.
Shipping rates
Because every product is 3D printed to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your item ships. Once it's printed, we use trackable postage so you'll know when it's on its way.

*Estimated delivery times are after the production period and exclude weekends and public holidays. Rural and remote areas may take longer.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Buyers outside Australia are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These vary by destination and are paid directly to your local postal service or customs agency on delivery — we have no control over them and they're not included in our shipping rate.
Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number when it ships, sent to the email address on your order. You can track via Australia Post's tracking page.
Returns & refunds
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we'll replace or refund it — your choice. Get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@vetstuff.com.au with a photo and a brief description, and we'll sort it out fast.
Because each item is printed to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If you're unsure whether a product will work for your setup, please get in touch before ordering — we're happy to help you choose.
Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected by this policy. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days (Australia) or 25 business days (international), email us and we'll lodge an enquiry with the carrier and arrange a replacement if needed.
