Why VetStuff?

We're not a medical supply company. We're a vet who got tired of workarounds.

Designed in theatre

Every product starts as a problem we've actually had during a procedure. If it doesn't solve a real frustration, we don't make it.

3D printed on demand

No warehouses, no minimum orders, no waste. Each piece is printed to order in durable, easy-to-clean PETG right here in Australia.

Stupidly practical

No bells and whistles. Just things that make your day slightly less annoying — and that's enough.

Our Story

We are vets who like to build things that make our work easier.

Watch this space — there are bigger and better things coming soon.

Common questions

Our products are 3D printed in durable PETG and designed to wipe clean easily, with smooth, simple shapes and no hidden seams. Like all 3D-printed items they have fine layer lines, so we recommend regular wipe-down disinfection as part of your clinic's normal cleaning protocol. They're designed for accessory use (organising, holding, dispensing) rather than direct patient contact — you should assess suitability for your own clinic's infection-control requirements.
No — our current products are printed in PETG, which won't withstand autoclave temperatures. They're designed for wipe-down cleaning instead: wash with soap and water, then disinfect according to your clinic's protocol. If we ever release a product we've actually tested through autoclave cycles, we'll say so clearly on its product listing.
Each product lists the equipment it's designed for. We're starting with the most common machines used in Australian clinics. If you have unusual or older equipment, get in touch — we can often make a custom-fit version.
Most veterinary surgical tables use one of two rail standards, and the easiest way to tell them apart is to measure the flat rail bar with a ruler or callipers:

US-standard: about 28.5 mm wide × 9.5 mm thick (1-1/8" × 3/8")
European / DIN-standard: about 25 mm wide × 10 mm thick

The quickest check is the width: roughly 28–29 mm means US-standard, roughly 25 mm means European. Our Theatre Table Rail Organiser Kit is designed specifically for US-standard rails (≈ 28.5 × 9.5 mm) — it won't fit European / DIN rails. Still not sure? Measure your rail (or send a photo with a ruler held against it) through the contact form and we'll confirm before you order.
Because each product is printed to order, allow 3–5 business days for production, then 2–7 business days for delivery within Australia depending on your location. International shipping is typically 7–21 business days. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Right now we ship within Australia and New Zealand only. NZ buyers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes. See the Shipping page for current rates. Outside AU/NZ? Contact us with your location and we'll look into it.
If a product arrives faulty or doesn't perform as described, we'll replace or refund it — full stop. Because items are printed to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns, but we're always happy to chat if something isn't right. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
Yes please. Genuinely. Drop a message via the Contact form with the problem you're trying to solve and a photo if helpful. If it's a frustration we share, it might end up as the next product.
